DO NOT LET THE HOSPITAL DISCHARGE YOU TO THIS PLACE . Ants in my bed , on my arm , no lunch tray , no dinner tray - when I asked they said "No mo food." "Grab something outta machine. I left that night went to West Haven V.A. hospital in these situations I'm glad I proudly servedthis country. 100% service 3 Abvhj

My stay at Advance was very interesting. Matthew, the Director of Conciergewas very helpful in getting me information when I had questions. The CNAs were very helpful and most of my nurses were too. Some of my nurses tried to help me feel normal by just talking with me about other stuff that had me depressed. One nurse even made it her business to come in and make me laugh. One nurse wanted me walking, so she would walk with me upstairs. Some of the CNAs treated me like family instead of just a number. I truly appreciate all of those that helped in my recovery process.

do not recommend! staff do not answer bells when being called and leave patients waiting to be changed all day. don't have the proper equipment to care for patients very unprofessional and unprepared!
