No toilet paper, no breakfast, pool closed, coffee machine in room no filter holder, room key kept not working, had to keep getting re-keyed. Lobby coffee county had powdered cream & sugar everywhere. Don't know what was wrong with the bed 🛏️ mattress. Shower not cleaned well. Hotel smelled funny old... 🤢 People live there to. Shaking my head....Never again

The only redeeming quality of this place was the nice lady working the front desk when I checked in and dropped off my bags. I will say up front that I did not expect a luxury resort, but for $120 I do expect a decent room. The linens were dingy and stained. The toilet seat was dirty and the plastic on it was cracked. There was not even toilet paper in the bathroom. The young guy at the counter tried to give me another room, but I told him that I was not comfortable staying there given the state of the first room and that I was leaving. He refused to refund the room saying that since it was booked through Expedia it was out of his hands. Expedia support called him on the phone and he still refused saying that I would have to call personally another day and speak with the owner. I plan to do so tomorrow when my trip is over. DO NOT stay here regardless of the price. You will not be happy.

I only gave 2*'s because of the 2 women in customer service, they were wonderful.. The cleaning crew whom ever they are should be reprimanded for the horrible job they do especially who cleaned room 233 Saturday March 19th 2022. There was hair in the tub on the tub on the toilet. The bed was half made up, sheets too small, I could go on at any rate I won't. Last but not least, if you don't know you have roaches.. I will definitely not be staying on my next trip to Tunica in couple weeks. And too think I paid over 100+ for this room. Never again.. Bless up

Positive: hotel employee at the counter, she was amazing. The owner was nice, struggling like everyone else to get dependable help but trying hard to fix things. Lobby was clean, bathrooms in lobby were not. I've stayed here for a solid month now and the owner dont know his name has been very helpful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They could do better with the cleaning of the rooms tho.
There are no longer shuttles that run back and forth from this property.
