Unbelievably, I'm expected to risk reversing all improvements by seeing a psychiatrist after just barely recovering from forced psychiatry. I finally tapered off of pharmaceuticals that nearly killed me. There was never any grounds for a Conservator, a Probate Judge broke the law and he's since retired. A psychiatrist retaliated since I was unwilling to use what he prescribed. Now I'm told to get "re evaluated" despite never being evaluated. The misdiagnosis was made up without knowing me. If I could choose to where reside, I wouldn't rot in a slum. The locals don't recognize a mixed person when they see one, they shout inapplicable slurs at me (what do I look "white" to them?)

Court is the worst. The people that answer the phone are rude and not helpful. Every time I call in, all I hear is loud noises and no work being done. Super unprofessional.

You obtain a copy by requesting from the court at which you obtain guardianship from. Phone call or written request, if something else is needed the court will direct you from there. Hopefully this helps.
Yes, if the decendant was a residence of the city if New Haven, then the original Will must be filed with the New Haven Probate Court regardless if the decedent has any assets to Probate.
I do believe you can send a letter and request a hearing.
Like a shareholder and they acts on the behalf of another person. (Trustee)
I would go to the Court on the first floor of 200 Orange Street, and ask them. Mondays thru Fridays between 9:00 am thru 4:00 pm.
The probate court can not give legal advice. You need to contact an attorney.
Refer to ctprobate.gov for name change , regarding gender please consult an attorney as that question is a legal question .
It is not the same day. It involves a hearing which is scheduled with in thirty (30) days of a complete application and fee($225.00) being filed.
If there is an established estate and the claims period has not lapsed you can file a claim if the fiduciary. That is the procedure, unfortunately the court can not offer any legal advice, for more help with your question you would need to contact an attorney that has experience in decedent estate.
Unfortunately your question is considered a legal question. Probate court staff can not anwer that type of question and you would need to consult with a local attorney.
December 12, 2017 there are no hearings being held at the New Haven Probate court (orange street)
