Extremely arrogant parking staff even though it’s their problem cards don’t work. It’s a shame such an amazing place like Yale and their patients and staff have to do deal with such rude, arrogant workers. Of course their city employees and this won’t make any difference .

The bridge(2nd floor of garage) I know goes to 20 York Street east pavilion. Also a bridge to Smilow (north pavilion) on 4th floor of garage

On North Frontage Rd the entrance is on the left and on York St on the entrance is on the right. About 25 feet from Dunkin Donuts
