I refer people here when I hear stories that their own mechanics are either cheating them out of work or have less than patient attitudes on explaining what work is going on with their car. Great shop! Had my tires done here and they also did balancing during installation as well.

Getting tires changed here was easy and convenient. I had a few questions/concerns going in and Cathy (owner) heard me out and did whatever she could to make me happy. After all was said and done I had an issue with something unrelated to the tires and brought it up to Cathy. She made things right and then some. She listens like a compassionate friend and actually cares that the job was done well and you're satisfied with the work done. You hear a lot of companies saying they'll treat you like family but those are just words. It is actually the case here and you can feel it. This is an impeccably run business.

I decided to take my business here because of the positive reviews that I viewed online. It is off the beaten path, but well worth the trip from my home in Manhattan. Kathy, the owner, was brutally frank when she learned that the "new" tires that I had installed at another garage less than two years before, had a date code of 2015. This meant that the "new" tires that i had purchased in 2020 were already 5 years old. She was visibly upset that someone would do this. I purchased four Continental new tires and had the front brakes replaced. The tech working on my car took my car for a test drive, then re -id the alignment because he was not happy with the test drive. He said he was OCD and wanted to get the alignment "just right". Love OCD mechanics! The car now tracks as if it was on rails. Thank you Kathy and the Team.

The worse place ever. Very rude owner. I came to do my inspection. She told on phone-you can come today, and when I came she was very rude and said- here nobody whi can do ur pictures.
