I have used Autobahn in the past twice and was satisfied the first two times that I used their service. The last one is where they replaced my turbo coolant hoses and the job was good. Thanks to Rasto, who fixed my window rollers, I now understand what the part was under my seat that I found. It was a part that is already in the door. So now all is good 👍If it wasn't for Rasto I don't think I would have given such a good review. The owner, Stephan, was not so courteous towards me. Businesses should always strive to make good relationships with their customers.

Rasto was the one who fixed my window rollers and was also kind enough to explain why the part that I found under the seat was there. It was an extra part but he assured me that he did put the right parts in the door panel so there was no need to worry. Thank you Rasto for your explanation. I appreciate that very much. I have often been extended the courtesy from an employee that the business owner failed to extend. Good business always depends on establishing good relationships which is something more business owners need to keep in mind. Never let a customer walk out dissatisfied. I also had my turbo coolant hoses replaced and that job was done well.

After our catalytic converter was stolen while parked overnight on a Manhattan street, we received exemplary service from Autobahn: kind, considerate, rapid, and priced fairly. They are a family-run business that provides personal reasonably priced service and we can’t praise them highly enough. We’d certainly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs (and not only for German cars- their specialty - we have a Toyota).
