On my way home the check engine lite comes on. I called but they were already closed for the day on Saturday. I chatted with someone online from their website who assured me someone would call to address the problem. 10 days later and still no call so I call and explain but they refuse to accommodate an expedited appointment.

They worst place you can go to. ANTHONY MEZZATESTA Is one of they worst mangers. Unprofessional and has an attitude. He has my car there for 2 weeks and nothing had happened to it.

I am very disappointed with the service received from Debby. First of all trying to get a return phone call from her was next to impossible. Then when you did get her on the phone, she said she would check on your question and call you back on Monday. Well Monday never came as we never received a phone call back. When I called again I just started speaking with Jane who was very helpful. Debby also told me that my brakes were metal to metal and that they needed to be replaced with the rotars. This was false as I just replaced my brakes. I took the car back to my personal mechanic and the brakes and rotars are perfect. I have video and pictures to prove this. Debby charged me $150 diagnostic fee which was not correct. They didn't even take the tires off to look at the brakes. I definitely will not be using Ford of Queens again. They made plenty of money from replacing my transmission. They didn't need to start adding unneeded repairs and fees. Very disappointing and not trustworthy. Also, I did tell Debby my disappointment in her lack of calling us back. She made excuses that she was very busy. I didn't call one day. I called multiple days and left multiple messages.

They worst place ever. Everybody there has an attitude. I took my car a few times there and every time they keep giving me excuses. They are super slow and I regret buying a ford car. Worst car service I ever got in my entire life. My car been sitting there for 2 days with out doing a thing to it. I’m losing money that way Staff and manager need anger problem Managment. Specially they white person who is at the front. He one of they mangers there.

Appointment is always recommended obviously.
1 day for minor problems but they like to play games.
Not sure, but it will be based on credit score and amount of deposit.
You will have to call first bc I don't know now if they are full but always is better to call
