BEWARE!! SHADDY SERVICE!! Bought a vehicle from Bronx Honda around the corner on the way home ) I was sooooo excited to buy my first car from them ) the engine light came on. Their diagnosis says it was the catalytic converter. After go back and forth from NJ to Bronx few times to get it fixed (tolls back and forth was not cheap) the said it was fixed. They ordered a new one and replaced it. That was a year and a few months ago. Now I'm getting the same code again and the Honda dealer in my area says I need a new C. Converter. I guessing it's normal to replace them every year and a few months. BEWARE!!! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I called in Bronx Honda Service the one is an 1133 Zerega Ave, Bronx. For my Oil change and then one lady pick up the call. She talked to me so rude and disrespectfully! Their Customer services really Shamed! And yeah Bronx Honda service ya need to change this lady who sit right side when you just get into the door!

Absolutely terrible mechanics; VERY nice, helpful and friendly front staff. I went in because my car battery was intermittently blinking since having an after market alternator placed. I also told them I changed the battery TWICE. Yet the front desk (not the mechanic) called me to tell me I need a new battery. Are you kidding me? It was clearly the alternator draining the battery, I’m no mechanic but that’s what it ended up being after taking my car to a COMPETENT mechanic. My battery that “failed” was about 3 months old. I should be refunded for wasting my money on an assessment. Bronx Honda, your mechanics need to be retrained they are trash. I was going to do my servicing here since I live so close but this business doesn’t deserve my hard earned $. Unless your going here to shine your tires please go elsewhere.
