My father is handicapped and they only have stairs. He came to get a car today under his name and they never came out of the building. I have to keep running up and down the stairs to get the information his card, his id, paperwork etc. If I wasn’t there how would anyone help him? I wasn’t suppose to be there with him he was gonna get dropped off with a cab. Luckily I was bc I ended up running up and down the stairs the employee rudely said wow looks like your getting exercise. Excuse me? Yeah why can’t you come outside and ask my father for the paperwork and his signatures. There should be ADA violations or something because that was ridiculous. How do you not have any ramps or anything accessible? Or even come out to help him? If I could say 0 I would

This place sucks... Never rent a car here every time you ask for something they don't do it... I asked for them to turn on the easy pass and they didn't do it. This is the second time that happened in this place... I have to pay through the nose for tolls because of them... I reported them and told them to review the camera watching me ask for that service and the clerk agreeing to it... Speaking to them on the phone is impossible they don't give you a direct line to speak to the actual place you rented the car from... All you get are agents that are difficult to understand and they just follow their protocol and try to blame you for the discrepancies at the office... Don't ever rent a car here.

They have no idea what they're doing. They did not mark on the paperwork that the gas tank was at 3/4 tank and when i dropped it off they made me fill it up and pay extra. Also the truck had damage everywhere and it was not listed on the paperwork so when i returned it i was told i might be charged for all the damage.
