This place is HORRIBLE ! Non profesional whatsoever, rescheduled my appointment like 5 times a day before after waiting so long for an appointment every time!! I would never go back there and wouldn’t even recommend at all !! I had to switch to another spot that did everything to help me out without any issues ! I wish i could give them half a star but a star is the lowest rate i can give them ! They don’t even deserve not one star!!! Please people, i would think twice before going to this place !! Such a disappointment 🤬🤬

What a Joke. Scheduled an appointment, two weeks in advance. When I got there I was told it was Teladoc nonsense. I was emailed and text about appointment 3 times never being told it was a teladoc. I'm going back to the real Optometrist, pay $75 more for glasses, but at least they are solid frames and glass lenses. Never again with this cheap dirty place.

Best service especially at desk. The girls have been so helpful to me as my contact lens type was discontinued, ugh stress. But the awesome dr. and staff have provided me 100 percent best customer service and patience as I navigate a new type of contacts after 15 yrs. Thank you all! Ps Do not believe all the negative reviews, these workers are doing the best job IMO.
