Once again our expectations were not close to being met. For example, the little girl clerk Sam doesn't know how to think outside the box and give a driver a shower because the system isn't working. How about he shows you he has shower power and you unlock the door? Nope, only know robotic motions. But we assume the showers are clean. That's if the girl cleaning them was done using the driver's two washers to wash Pilot towels and done sharing her family drama from last night. But, I bet Pilot will for sure take their payment on Friday for our fuel.

I am a faithful customer of Flying J and Pilot and was greatly disappointed that the service rendered to me in this occasion was not good. We as truck drivers have limited places where we can get a decent meal. The Huddle House restaurant located in this location had a sign up saying it was closed due to shortage of help but still had people inside eating. I check back later and again the sign was up but it still had people inside eating. From my observation the folks were none drivers. This is a sign of bad management on both Flying J and the restaurant

It's an okay Flying J I give it three stars just because it has the restaurant Hudson inside good service with their food stand good amount of showers but the parking lot diesel section is very bad planned, it all crumbles as soon as you try to get out of the gas station parking lot is too close and end up being a little headache
