Went here for a trail run and it was awesome. Plenty of parking available, the trails were well maintained and easy to run/jog on. The only thing I would say is make sure you follow the speed limit signs on the way because the road is extremely small and there are some blind turns.

The park offers beautiful trails, suitable for families with children. Many choices for trails with different level of difficulty. The trail does not have much trees or shade, carrying a cap and plenty of water is recommended. The car park can easily accommodate 40 cars. People also parked by the street near the entrance.

Dogs allowed, but must be leashed. There is open grazing of cows and sheep.

I have the following questions: 1.) Is it open now? 2.) Can I park my car here? 3.) Some one told me that only group people can go to preserve, not individual. Is this true? 4.) If the above question 3 is true, what should I do to visit here?

It is always open. Plenty of parking available. You can go as an individual. I even go on night hikes and mountainbiking and it is just amazing.

Why do the poor ranchers that live on the road have done deal with speeding drivers and people on their ranch and garage everywhere and why isn't it a two lane before someone gets killed.

Was there a question in there? The narrow road into the park is one of many problems with it.
