The staff was not friendly. Not dressed in uniform. The manager had slides on. The floor and counters were not wiped down. The lady said she didn't understand us and gave us an Italian sausage pizza instead of hamburger. When the pizza was remade it was remade with meatballs. But the lady up front said it was okay because she would just take it home. Very loud, playing around, and unprofessional.

Suddenly changed the noodles they used for the Tuscani pastas. The noodles are the best part and now I don’t want to eat from here anymore, you can’t just switch up an ingredient in the recipe

Not at all thrilled with pizza hut York Street. We ordered online. It took us 20 minutes to get there, the app said our food would be ready in 8 minutes btw. But when we got there we sat around waiting for another 20 minutes and the guys says ,"my bad I didn't know your food was ready". We get th3 food home. We don't have all of our food and when I called he put me on hold for 25 minutes until I gave up and finally hung up. I called back the next day and the lady I spoke with was very helpful I have no complaints about her.

Called for pickup at 5pm put on hold for more than 10 minutes, the phone sound off twice and they never came back to take order. I guess that's what happen to the one on whiskey rd. Poor management. Never try to order again!
