This is one of the nicest manufactured home communities I have ever seen!!! They are a gated community with a club house, community pool, and exercise room. The Manager is so nice and very knowledgeable about the homes. She goes the extra mile for her residents!!Hi Sarah, thanks for taking time out of your day to review us. Have a great day!

Yes its pet friendly, but I dont know if they rent properties out anymore. You will have to call them.

Do you own the land or is it lot rent, if so how much is the lot rent? Is there a dog park? Will they allow fencing in your yard for small dogs?

You rent the property and it's about 300.00 dollars a month and if you want them to cut the grass its another 35 dollars...
