Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aiken, an IHG Hotel

It was my first visit to South Carolina. After searching high and low, on the internet, for a place to stay I decided on Holiday Inn. Since the very beginning, everything was amazing. From the people at the front desk to the cook and the cleaning staff. The breakfast was always very yummy and my room was also very clean (we never encountered unwanted bugs). If you like this kind of environment, Holiday Inn is the place to be.

Came in after a long day of travel and work. Was immediately greeted with a smile by Ben! He was quick with checking me in and sent me off to my room. The room was better than I expected however the TV remote didn't work. Ben came right away and solved the issue. My bed was so comfortable! The continental breakfast was pretty typical but I did love the way they serve the eggs and the cinnamon rolls were an added bonus (they were very tasty). Overall everything was clean, quiet and wonderful. I had a hard time leaving before check out time 😉. I will be booking with this hotel franchise again. Hopefully, the experience is universal.

Hello, Late review I deleted the email from earlier by mistake. Hubby and I thought we would spend some quality time away from the house so we picked The Holiday Inn & Suites. Nice hotel friendly staff…. First night we went to the movies had dinner ( Valentine’s Day) when we came in from being out most of the day I smelled something in the air. Asked the hubby did he smell anything stated no, so I closed the bathroom door turned the air on went to bed. Next day back from shopping the same smell even stronger, went to the front desk and informed hotel clerk. Asked her to come up and check, I informed her the room across from us was closed the day before now it’s open (boiler room)? Asked her would that be where it came from she stated, no don’t think so’. She came up to our room and said, oh yes I do smell something, was that room door open The who,e time thats across from you (boiler rm) ? would you like to move? Of course lets go. Nice upgrade. Just an inconvenience and hope that smell has been contained.

We came here after a bad experience else where but I'm glad our bad experience got us here because this hotel was awesome. The beds were super comfortable. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Clean. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast delicious. Great stay. Definitely recommended. Best hotel in the area!
