I booked a car today through their general booking line and they said they had a car available for me to pickup within an hour and I even got a confirmation email. When I got there, they said they did not have any cars left and that the booking line isn’t up to date… why even bother with this booking line if it’s not right!!?? I had to pay for an Uber to get there and for nothing. I also have had other bad experiences when I worked for a college that used them for our travel season; half the time, they didn’t have the type of car I needed or tried to pressure me to pickup the car when our schools contract explicitly said they had to deliver and pickup the cars. Once a car broke down when I was at a college fair one evening and they said they couldn’t send roadside assistance FOR SIX HOURS. I had to have a friend drive an hour to pick me up because it was 8pm at night and in an area that didn’t have many Ubers around. Enterprise needs major organizational change because I swear my blood pressures raises every time I have to deal with them. Don’t bother unless you are desperate for a car and this is your last option. Better off using Turo or somewhere else.

They are flexible and have the best customer service. They check-in with you a day before and make sure to have a rental available for you when you come in. The service people are kind and make sure to explain everything. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Owen was terrific, but I did receive a call that morning saying my car would not be available. Fortunately, I went in any way and was able to get the car as planned.

The worst enterprise in town, they try to get more money out of you in any way possible, lies about damage and anything that they can charge u extra for. Every time ive been there over the years i have always had to deal with a inconsiderate employee who has that " i dont care" attitude and just wants to charge u extra and not explain why..
