Nope. BUT, you can cancel those plates online, right from their website from the comfort of your home. Then, they just want you to bend the plates in half over and over until they start to rip, or cut them in half with your garden shears and throw them in your recycle bin.

Dennis that depends if you are doing a plate transfer, or getting a new registration (and new plates). New plates, AAA can not do. And transfers- AAA can only do a plate transfer if you bought the vehicle from a private party.

I pulled this, straight from their website. Doesn't show October, but if their extending every other month, I would think so. I would try to call the rmv to make sure. I believe if you set up a DMV account and profile, and sign in you can edit email address. Good luck.

You need to go to the registry because it’s no longer a sticker for a moped... they are plates and you need to get them from the registry.. bring in your registration, bill or sale, cert of origin if you have one.

You can not register a car in MA and have FL plates, it’s one or the other.

You will have to go and get a new licence with a new signature and possibly a new photo as well.

First I had to fill out the service center form for what I needed (license, registration etc) and print a copy. Then online made an appointment on an open day and time. When you get there(near your scheduled time) there's an officer at the door, they will have you scan a qr code with your cell phone camera. The qr code links you to the rmv and places you in line to enter the building. While waiting in your car will you will receive a text when you can enter. Show the officer at the door the text and they will let you in.

Unfortunately, to do anything at the registry right now, due to the virus. You have to setup an appointment online. Then go down at the day and time they give you, and wait in line til your called. However registering a new vehicle might be a little different then everything else. I would give them a call, or look on the website

Pictures are now good for up to 14 years and licenses are renewable online. https://www.mass.gov/how-to/renew-your-drivers-license You need a Real ID to fly within the United States or enter Fed buildings effective Oct 2020. To get a Real ID license you must renew in person with required documents & have a new picture taken. The cost is the same as a regular license. To be honest if they just got their license & they can't answer that question they shouldn't be driving. Might be time for all of you to review the driving manual. It's available online.

You can check your information at myrmv.massdot.state.ma When you write down your information, the site should tell you what you owe for registration renewal and other matters along with different methods on paying as well.

Registration and title fees are same for class c vehicles and then you pay MA sales tax on vehicle depending on how much you paid for it. I paid $135 total in fees relating to title and registration and service (not including taxes) . Not sure if it'd be same but probably.

Just have to go in and change it over, so long as you have a valid driver's license pay the fee to switch over. You need proof of residency which would be lease and a phone bill, two proofs of residency to do it as well. Bring your birth certificate and social security card hope that helps
