Nope. BUT, you can cancel those plates online, right from their website from the comfort of your home. Then, they just want you to bend the plates in half over and over until they start to rip, or cut them in half with your garden shears and throw them in your recycle bin.
No entry into the building without an appointment. I had to make an appointment online.
