We wanted a good central location the explore the cape and this was perfect. So close to a small beach, everything was clean and the pool was perfect. It’s 1.5 hours in good traffic to P town. The staff were super accommodating and helped us find some cool spots we would have missed otherwise.

We had a great time at the Ocean Breeze. The owners were great with suggestions on where to eat and sites to see and they would ask you about the locations you visited. Room was nice and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

I had to skim the pool before using it. Beds and rooms and bathroom too small for the price I paid. Musty smell in room. They don't clean your room unless you are there a week. Overpriced!

awesome stay, me and my family came to see cape cod after we visited boston and ocean breeze was an excellent choice. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. The price was great and the beach is only about a 3 minute walk. highly recommend! will definitely be back :)
