I ordered half chicken Caesar salad and wings well done. I added a note for them to be fried crispy. There was barely any chicken in my salad and my wings are in the air fryer as a type because there were not crispy at all. I'm so disappointed.. The drivers are always nice but this for I received today was not what I asked for. Ordered a second time and the pizza was due to arrive between 4:45-4:55pm. By 5:20 the food hadn't arrived. I called to check and was told "she should be pulling up. I can see her pulling up right now". I went to the door and no one is there. After 10 min I called back and as soon as they answer they say the system is down so they can't check on any orders. This is my last time ordering from this location. The customer service and the fact that my food was more than 45 minutes late is ridiculous. It wasn't even a woman delivering. It was a man so whoever I spoke to first lied.

I never write reviews but this experience will make me start. The guy had me on the phone waiting a long time. Then I had to keep my order over and over again and was rude when I asked questions. They are also marking up the prices compared to other Imo's resturants. He was rude too. This place is ghettto not and not like other Imo's establishments. I'd rather go drive somewhere for pick up than deal with these people. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy bad service.

I don’t normally leave reviews but y’all made my pizza and wings so PERFECTLY last night I had to! I ordered late night (around midnight), and since I’m picky (and also used to work at an imos) I had a bunch of special requests for my pizza and wings and y’all nailed it!!! Over the phone customer service was excellent, everyone in the store was really nice & friendly when I picked up my order AND the store was neat and clean. Will definitely be ordering from this imos again!

Just moved to St. Louis recently and finally got a chance to try the infamous St. Louis style pizza. And I gotta say, I liked it!!!! I'm ok with the thin crunchy crust and have no issues with provel. I could see this as a type of thing I'd miss if I left St. Louis. We ordered online for later pickup and drove there and parked, called that we had arrived and they came right out and delivered it right to our car. And the worker was very nice and friendly. Pizza was ready right at the time specified, it was quick and easy. Will definitely be getting more pizza in the future.
