I went through drive through and there wasn't a long line. I had one person in front of me. I ordered the family pack and all of my burgers were cold including my fries.

I order 2 double sliders and an order of onion rings, the burgers were dry and the onion rings was overlooked! Horrible!

We at this location about 11pm they were under staff n had very long line.i would have overlooked but the cashier had an attitude and insulted us for the amount that we spent.and didn't get our order correct I had to reorder my 2 burgers.Im very unhappy with service at the U-City location .they should refund my money.

Not a great White Castle. Sliders were cool and soggy and didn’t have cheese on them as I ordered (and order taker confirmed). When the guy handed me my Coke, overfilled, it spilled all over my hand, and he just looked at me.
