If i could give a -5 or even -100 I would. They have canceled three past orders. and said we didn't pay (called AFTER delivery time to tell us this. I have email confirmation of payment and everything. THE TIPPING POINT< was they canceled and never delivered our pizza last night. We order from them everyweek past two weeks as been hell. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER order from them again. UNACCEPTABLE

They messed up my order not once but a couple of times and ended up giving me it for free but itβs not just one timeβ¦ itβs been happening constantly and like Iβm on break or lunch for work and my times flies just waiting for pizza. when I had placed the order so I can pick up at that time and they told me Iβm sorry we give you credit for next time because it wasnβt ready or the pizza be burnt. Like today I order bread sticks I waited 20min in my car and I went to store Iβm like Iβve been waiting for my bread sticks they say oh we forgot to place it . Give another 13 min I said okay. We will give you an extra one for free. I wait 13min got back into work and there was only one set of bread stick. So I called them and they pick up and I was on the line for 10min and heard them arguing and conversation of them fighting and so on. I called to tell them they gave me one when they said they will give me two. So I wasted 30 min all together getting bread sticks 30min for the wait and 7min on the drive. Since I work down the street but than my supervisor calls me asking me why Iβm not working. Just because there having a bad day that I understand donβt mean they should let me have a bad day. Like itβs not just the first time they messed up. Itβs multiple times and I wonβt be going to this store for a while. I have another story how during the day first shift how the female manager was rude and not polite and bad manners. Really unprofessional.

You should probably call the store today and speak up the store manager, Domino's will always make our customers happy.
