Atlas Tree crew was right on time for my scheduled trim. They sent 3 guys to trim my overgrown apple trees and get them off the roof and the awning. They came to the door, discussed what was to be done. I specifically asked them to have no trucks in my driveway and to bring the branches out on the driveway side. They did exactly what was asked. One they started trimming, they wanted my Ok to keep going and match the 2nd tree to the 1st. These guys did great work, great trimming and excellent clean up. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I had 2 bids done as one was done too late in the season for any work to be done but the bid was almost the same and I was put on the schedule immediately.

The guys did a good job cutting down our tree. The guys who supposedly ground up our stump did a horrible job. Our landscaping company had to redo Atlas tree's job. Now we had their salesman come out over 3 weeks ago to look at our lilac bushes. He told us they would be out the very next week. Of course they haven't shown up! It is time for them to come spray all my shrubs for insects. They have changed the date 4 times already and keep pushing the date later each time. Don't waste your time or money on this company. Won't return phone calls we keep making to the salesman. We want to know why he said they would be out the next week but haven't shown up.

Very disappointed customer. Rio came out to do an estimate of our property. He spent an hour with me, was very professional, and we trusted this company with our big job. Unfortunately, I've called 3 times over the period of a month to get our estimate back. Each time the receptionist apologizes and promises to get it to us the next day. Still never received it and will go through a different company. Lost a lot of time waiting around for nothing.
