i have your Surge card and paid the yearly fee on it and every time I have tried to use it..It has been denied..With no way to get a hold of anyone to find out the reason why.Maybe you can help me???

I got a reflex card activated it made a payment. My card says I have available credit balance 410 and my owing bal is 90.00. I tried making a payment on line and put info it asks hit the submit it says card declined check info is correct.and it is
