Wild that it hasn’t closed. They have terrible hours and when they are open the wait time is like at least 15 minutes or they tell you the system is down. The owner is replying to a bunch of these reviews when they could be helping the drive thru go quicker.

Pulled in to the lane with 3 cars ahead of me. Im still waiting to reach the window at a 20 minute drive time and counting. No time left in my lunch break to find somewhere else to eat today. Really wish I could have jumped into the kitchen and made my burger myself. Makes no sense

They were out of tacos, the fries were lukewarm and soggy, and overall the entire meal was disappointing. I live in Florida where we don't have JITB, so I was very excited to have it. After getting the food, less so.

Unfortunately, I did not get the name of any of the people working at this location tonight. Anyway, I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the location it looked like it was closed even though it’s supposed to be open until midnight. I even followed instructions to notify them when I was more than 7 minutes away and my order was still not ready. I was told to pull forward and waited another 10 minutes for them to bring my food out. I checked my bags and noticed that they forgot a burger. I went back to the window to let them know and they tried telling me that I received all of my food. They were wrong. I mistakenly told them I was missing the bacon cheeseburger when in fact I was missing the Jumbo Jack. They brought me out the bacon cheeseburger and I told the lady that it was actually the Jumbo Jack. So, I waited another 15 minutes thinking that she would bring me out the correct one. I was wrong. When they came out to deliver someone else’s food I let them know I still needed the rest of my order. I was told to drive back around to the window to speak to the lady again. She said that she gave me my missing burger and I told her it was still not the correct burger. She argued with me and asked me to give her my bags so she can check because I supposedly got all the food I ordered. Wrong, again. In the end, I got tired of arguing and ended up leaving without my correct order. Needless to say, I’m never going to eat at any Jack in the Box not only because of my experience at this location but because this is not my first bad experience at a JITB in the St. Louis area. I don’t know who does the hiring and training for this area but they are failing badly.

I've stop going 2 this location they have problems at least 3dys out of the week no staff r staff walkin out only doing drive thur really sucks 2 hav 2 wait n long line for 30min thought they had a certain time limit guess not my recommendation try sum place else not worth the hassle
