Came here for marriage license. Everyone on the phone describes this building as Pink or "the big pink palace" and its not pink at all. It's the governmental center building. Kind of confusing if you're not a local. We drove around it 3 times and still missed it.

I've been here twice now: for my marriage certificate and to take an affirmation as a notary public. There was never been a line for me to wait in. The staff is friendly and quick to produce the necessary documents. They exhibited a high degree of professionalism while performing their duties. They are very knowledgeable. This is one government office that I don't dread doing business with.
