In my case anyone cans drive my vehicle but the driver has to blow every time it says to blow
I believe they do it's corporate office sets the cost
I go in monthly for calibration and make my service payment. You do have the option to do 2 months at a time. I pay $79.50 / month with insurance on the device. Violations cost $53 each time,and you have 4 days to get there for recalibration before you are locked out and cannot start your vehicle
