I was driving on I85 and a small rock hit my windshield. I had it repaired at safelite on branchview in concord, NC on July 30th, 2022. Well today September 1st, 2022 just a little over a month, the chip has spread over a dollar in length. I called them because they said there was warranty on that work,. I just got off the phone and was told that there is no warranty on repairs and that I can either pay out of pocket for the replacement or $500 deductible if I use my insurance. They are fast to take the money but do not guarantee their work. Please take your vehicle to another place.

The gentleman that came out Camron did such a great job even came back out when my door wouldn't close bc the door sensor was jammed with a peace of glass he came right back out to help so greatful and happy thank u for coming out to help twice that was so awesome of u to come out and help me again with my door

In my experience most repairs takes a couple to a few hours depending on how busy they are. I've never had my car in overnight.
In my case I contacted the insurance first and they contacted Safelite
I had a 3" crack they repaired. Many variables as to what they can repair.
You would need to call them. And they dont charge extra to do it at your home

No they do not.. they also do not replace like their motto... I had an appointment all scheduled ready to go they call me 5 min before appointment as I'm in route to tell me they do not have my window and directed me to junk yard.. I took matters into my OWN hands called around ...got a brand new window and mounts for my 02 van..which safelite told me it was discontinued and shoes me away... I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO ALL... DO THE RESEARCH! !!!
