Great experience with the service shop getting a tire puncture repaired. Keegan was on the ball getting the truck in and kept me informed each step of the way so I knew the progress. Simple thing but it's good to know things are getting done. Service done right on the day shift. I must add, my observations of Keegan and his co-worker in dealing with other drivers was top-notch. Polite, direct with the issues, and easily understood. I even witnessed another driver who had a job done the day before, come in and thank them again in a nice way so I'd not say it was just me. This is the kind of service we need to return to. Great job Keegan and mate.

For the repair shop and most especially BENJAMIN! He is speedy, efficient and friendly. I was told to wait 8 hours by the service Mgr in the shop for a mud flap replacement. Benjamin saw me struggling to fix it myself and came to the rescue! It was changed in 10 minutes and I was outta there! Thank you so much Benjamin for not being a douche like your service manager Ricardo!

Today 01/20/2021 I went to use the Laundry service at this Love and an employee simply told me that he was only providing service to wash his towels. This should not happen, this is an important service for truckers who do not have access to other places to clean our clothes. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. Thanks

It's not a bad truck stop. But for a loves it's one of the worse ones. If it rains the roof leaks in the bathroom. I haven't been in much more of the truck stop but from what I can see it doesn't look bad. Just the bathroom.
