This hotel has easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff has all been friendly and helpful. Absolutely first class! The room I’m in is a bit dated, but I would highly recommend this hotel overall.

Sheldon was delightful and helped us with a last minute reservation! We were in town for a funeral and pretty hot and tired. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel needs renovated, it has a nasty musty odor and the floors are damp because of the humidity inside the building. We were in 239 and the tub didn't drain right. Carpet squares are coming up because it's so humid. You may be trying to save money by keeping the a/c down or very low, but this is what causes mold. I was in the Hotel industry for 30 years, I expected better for Hampton Inn. When we were leaving this morning Dana was in the lobby area and I was looking for a way to fill our water containers, she got us 2 bottles of cold water! Your staff is great, fix your hotel.

We are not picky, but the carpet was dingy and had an odor as soon as we walked in the front door. Our room had lots of patchwork and cracks with the towel hooks hanging off of the wall. Seemed clean enough, but this place needs work big time. We won't be back to this one.

We stayed with family here for a wedding and for the time we were actually in the hotel we had no problems. This is an older Hampton Inn but it has been remodeled. The age shows in certain places but overall the price was worth it - we paid $100 through SnapTravel (great deal!). Never could get the mini fridge cold enough for my Coke! :( The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the lobby/gathering area was comfortable and in great shape and the continental breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options. Very happy and pleased. I would stay here again if ever in Commerce again!
