My husband works out of town and has been staying there for months with no issues other then occasionally his room not being cleaned . However his last stay there money came up missing from his room twice with in a week and a half. We reported to management and were told they would be contacting us. They never returned our call. We called the corporate office but this location is privately owned so it had to be handled in house. Finally a week later we received a call from the GM stating that he asked the housekeeping staff and everyone said they didn’t do it. So instead of even offering to refund the money stole or listen to our complaints he got defensive and said his staff didn’t do it but the only people with a key were my husband and the housekeeping staff. So now we won’t be back and they’re out $700 a week because they couldn’t even acknowledge or try to remedy the situation.

Nice big room, clean and comfortable bed. The only problem was the room was very damp. I had to run the dehumidifier all the time or the floor started to sweat. This is room 202. Otherwise it's a great motel.

Clean. Fresh room and bed and bath linen. Nice surprise was no carpeting - had clean laminate and better for allergies. Check in Night Hostess friendly and helpful Breakfast and morning check out Morning Hostess friendly, accommodating and set a wonderful mood with her wit for our day. Very pleased.

My room was spacious and one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous. The room and hotel property had been maintained well. The location is excellent. I had a very pleasant visit. I will definitely stay here if I am ever passing through Commerce, Georgia again.
