Update: If/when you have full financial information appointment setting is quick and painless. Will see further updates as the process unfolds. Love that they are quick to get in touch, but if you don’t know a specific number for your income they won’t help you. Extremely frustrating when you only have a limited amount of time to work on solving a problem.

Outside of the early attendance (be there before 7 am) I had a pleasant experience and every one was extremely helpful. They even gave me a courtesy call after my court date. The lobby is small but accommodating to the few clients they can take on a daily basis, maybe 10. They help everyone from rental to elderly law issues including eviction and unlawful suits.

LSNC can help with free legal advice but it sounds like you may need to get paid legal representation with this issue. They are great with pointing you in right direction though. Good luck
Not sure what your asking. After 30day notice is served and your still there on property they will then file in court to have you removed. You will then be served a 5day summons to leave or reply and take it to court. If you dont answer the summons. The Sherrif Dept. will be there on the the 6th day of the summons at 6am sharp! Hope this helped
