Where do I begin with the establishment..... First I called to find out if they could accommodate my request for a pull apart cake they said yes on the phone and No once I arrived to place my order. Ok so I placed my order for small cupcakes and a personalized cake.... we set a pick up date and I was asked to pay up front to secure my order date. When I arrived to pick up my items nobody in the shop knew anything about my order. The young lady at the counter contacted someone on the phone and lady on the phone had a attitude with me. She forgot about the order and tried to tell me that we set the date for the following week. She offered me my money back but it was the day before my party so I asked her to still make everything and she agreed. She sent pictures of the cupcakes I thought were mine but later found out weren't. The cupcakes were store bought and she scraped the icing off and put her own on. She put the edible decorations in a zip loc bag for me to put on I guess.... I still haven't cut the personal cake. As a black owned establishment I expected more.
