This establishment deserves 0 stars but that is not an option. They will see you for one visit regardless of your insurance because as long as they can obtain your social security number they can bill the state for that single "crisis" visit. Then they will let you know they are not in network. The condition of the facility is disgusting and it truly feels unsafe. Some of the staff were friendly and some were not. I just can't imagine that a good doctor would work there considering how bad this place is. Also, if you have an issue and need to speak to the office manager...good luck. It took me three weeks to get to speak to her and that was with me calling three different locations. Apparently, even though there are mutiple rha locations the office in Burlington has its own business manager and rules. Every time I called they said the manager was sick, which I understand but each week they would say it will be Monday and then she wasn't there. Finally someone just said we don't know if she's coming back. Meanwhile, there is noone else that you could talk too about any issues. Horrible experience for someone needing help!! Shame on Cone Health for recommending such a ridiculous place for any of their patients to receive care. Mental health care is already such a struggle for absolutely no reason and this place made it one thousand times worse. Please save yourself time and anxiety, read reviews and go somewhere else.

Most unprofessional & poor managed place I have ever been too. Highly recommend to find a different place to receive services. Never experienced such poor service in my life until I went here.

This place is absolutely AWFUL, unprofessional and the worst management I have ever experienced. As a former employee for TWO weeks, yes only TWO WEEKS, I promise you do not want to work for this horrible company. I was hired on as a LCAS-A focused primarily on substance use to run a SACOT group and as soon as I started… the group just magically disappeared and was NON EXISTENT. Management is practically non existent, they throw you to the side, they do not care nor hear your concerns and KNOW now awful this company at this location is. If you’re thinking about working here, think TWICE.

This company takes advantage of people seeking help, through a combination of flagrant overdiagnosing and overcharging for basic services. They were disrespectful, extremely unhelpful and clearly attempt to extract the most money possible from their poor unsuspecting patients. Any services they provide are ornamental at best. This is the Trump University of behavioral health, stay as far away as possible. (Burlington Location)

Yes! RHA excepts Medicare A&B only. They do not expect managed Medicare such as United Healthcare Medicare or Humana Medicare.
