It's pretty much a store for spectrum "customer service". Reps don't seem to care how long you wait or how slow they move (or don't move). Don't come here expecting to get anything done quickly. And DO NOT TELL THEM YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ANYTHING BUT WHAT YOU ARE THERE FOR. They will literally try to sell you on any thing else (for a very long time before) giving you what you're asking for. That goes for over the phone as well. But they're one of the only reliable internet providers in the area so do what you must.

Make sure to set an appointment online before going. I was there for a quick modem pickup and left after a long wait. Went back with an appointment and the experience was better. There should be a designated desk for cable equipment since that usually doesn't take as long as cell phone transactions.

I've had an ongoing problem since June and it is virtually impossible to speak to anybody in charge. Multiple emails to agents, supervisors and district managers have gone on answered. Worst service I have ever had about a cell phone and the issue is caused by their misinformation. Have no problem with their internet but this going on since June is inexcusable

Sometime you go to Spectrum the employees are great and then sometimes you go they are not your friend

I agree, I switched to AT&T and I won't go back. I have had a bunch of different cable providers. Charter, Comcast, Time Warner, Even Direct TV. While they all have issue Spectrum is the worst by far!! I've never worked with a copy that was so blatant about not caring about your business or satisfaction. The craziest thing is they will just straight up lie to you and tell you whatever it takes to make you go away, but they won't honor anything they tell you. STAY AWAY

Yes that is how they operate and they suck.
Call Customer Service & get them to help you with getting your service up, running & working right.
Depends on the area and the season when they have their specials on. So you have to call the sales department to find out their special of the month and if your area is eligible. I've been through this many times with Spectrum plus if you are a legacy customer from TWC then that's another problem all by itself. So call them save yourself some headaches if you can. Goodluck!
Yes but it would be best to call them or go and talk to them about offering you a special rate or deal. Get the service in your name. Then you should not have no problem
The usually set us 2 days out, and tech will,call before he or she arrives.
