Depends on the area and the season when they have their specials on. So you have to call the sales department to find out their special of the month and if your area is eligible. I've been through this many times with Spectrum plus if you are a legacy customer from TWC then that's another problem all by itself. So call them save yourself some headaches if you can. Goodluck!
Be careful with spectrum. You may spend hours on thr phone and have to put on your brass knuckles figuratively.
