It's probably still out due to the fact that a lot of power has yet to be restored in Alamance County from hurricane/tropical storm Michael. Be patient because Duke Energy is working hard to restore all power and I'm sure it'll all work after but if not call their toll free number and talk to someone. The power is supposed to be fully restored in the state of NC by 11:45 PM Tuesday October the 16th.
