They have been dealing with a small Building for years now. And they need a bigger Building and more customer service team members to help the customers. We mail our payment to them.
Yes, that is normal for this location. Online or phone is much faster, if you can go that route
Yes, 80% of the time it is crowded with customers , but they usually have 3 people working. I have seen customers peep in and turn around and leave. I believe this may possibly be one reason why they advertise for help frequently, high turnover .
There are normally 3 people on & off in there but they are SOOO slow! I waited in there for an hour & half right b4 I moved from that area just to turn in my equipment. You would think that they would come up with a better system of how to service their customers quicker & better!
