I can’t say anything bad about my haircut, but the older ladies there were very snooty and rude when it came to my hair. Instead of offering help or solutions, I felt very looked down upon. Overall it was not a relaxing, or nice experience that I would normally receive elsewhere.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I am shocked by how poorly I was treated when I went in today based on the reviews. I had to initiate conversation with my stylist and I felt like a complete bother. Haircuts are very anxiety inducing for me so I have pictures and information if a stylist would have questions. My stylist was very rude and unprofessional when I showed her the pictures and when she started I had never had my hair cut like that before. I left in tears from the pain and ended up going to another salon a hour later to get it fixed and to make sure everything was fine with my hair considering the pain I was in. I spent more than I needed to on just getting my hair cut today and I found it interesting that my transaction was not handled at a register. I would like a refund if at all possible and I will not be coming back. Ridiculous.
