Extremely disappointed. Communication from staff is beyond lacking, in fact, you’re lied to until you arrive in the office and presented with lies to cover them. I was told to take my business elsewhere, which is alarming as a new patient. That’s exactly what I plan to do. I will be contacting the appropriate parties to resolve this matter.

Came to 8am walk in clinic,got called right back to a room,its now 9am,no dr,did asks staff how much longer, still no dr,nice if staff would keep you informed-0915 dr finally,nice guy,states they see regular patients too so then walk in technically starts at 9 not 8

We do take walk in appointments at our 611 Mocksville office for primary care appointments. The walk in clinic is from 8 am until 10 am. Outside of those hours, we have appointment slots available for same day appointments.

It's a regular Physicians practice that has their own pain clinic. I use them but I kinda got roped into it. Things started out great but have kinda gone south since I first started with them.
