This place is disgusting. It was so filthy and definitely not clean. Floors were dirty, bathroom was gross. Staff is not friendly. Takes way longer than it should, but that was expected. There were not many chairs in the lobby. People were sitting on the nasty floor to fill out paper work and standing around. No employer or anybody should ever want to use them for services. The lady took me in a room and changed the "sanitary" paper on the table without santizing the room.

From a 63 yo c.v.a. survivor: Dr. Seward is by far the best. I would give him a 5 star rating. Un fortunately, He works for pro-med, I can't get an appt. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I did get through after waiting on hold for more than several minutes, only to recieve a recorded message to leave my name, phone number, d. o. b., ect, and I would be called back... I am still waiting, and reading these poor reviews, I expect a very long wait, if my message is returned at all. Their patient portal does not work, as touted. Horror stories dating back at least seven years. Staff largely un-skilled and very, very lacking in any manners at all ( I think they used to call that 'grace') I simply would like an appointment, to have my b.p. checked, to maintain my current medications, to consult with Dr. Seward about several issues that are causing me severe pain. To be fair, I have noticed most of the negative comments are from ppl awaiting drug tests, or covid tests, and most of the complaints about rude behaviour could easily be a result of how the staff is treated.

I've waited for over 2 1/2 hours to see a Dr Do yourself justice and go to another place

Rapid tests are $80 and send out are billed to insurance.
Yes you can. Appointments can also be made and are more efficient if the clinic is busy as we take walk in patients as well. If you’ve never done business with us, we would like a business profile so that we know what kind of drug screens to do.
Yes you can. Be sure to bring a list of meds and any necessary paperwork like a1c results or CPAP compliance reports or specialist clearance letters if these things apply to you. DOT exams will not be started after 2 pm in Charlotte and Concord offices. At Salisbury, latest time would be 3:45 pm.
