Love this hospital for North Country women's and Labor and delivery that 5 stars are for them. That being said ZERO STARS to the EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!! Almost every time I've been in for either myself or my fiancee the staff is rude! Not to mention several ER staff need to go back through HIPPA training as I don't need to hear about someone else's condition (and I mean ALL details) while I'm sitting across the way while their TALKING LOUDLY!!!!! The amount of unprofessionalism with the nurses here is also not good. Why am I witnessing nurses horsing around, making jokes and not doing their jobs??? No wonder the patient wait time is so ridiculous at this ER!!!!!

Had a rt knee surgery on Tuesday. Very good care from Environmental Services to my surgeon Dr MacArthur. Already have been able to walk with it and pain is very manageable. Every single person was so friendly, professional, and caring. I was extremely impressed with my care and the facilities. Thanks to everyone!!!

I spent an overnight in the icu recently and found the staff very compassionate, professional and kind. They listened to my questions, answered them in layman’s terms and made me feel I was a valued patient and never rushed me. They were very thorough in their testing and left no stone unturned. I felt I was in great hands! Thank you Littleton Regional Healthcare 🤒😷
