Crosstown was straightforward, honest and honorable. I bought a used truck that had some undetected issues when I drove it 100 miles home. I had a great experience at crosstown motors. First I was able to reschedule my service appointment, on the same day, due to the weather. While my car was being serviced, l went to sales department to see about purchasing my car from the leasing company. I was surprised at how easy and smooth the transaction went. The sales person was very friendly and not pushy, l was never pressure or persuaded into buying a different car on their lot. My appointment was for 10:00 am and I was out by 12:00 pm, with a used new car. I would recommend crosstown motors.
