Everyone of the staff were courteous and professional. I had a very kind nurse (Wendy?) and Dr Massoud was patient and listened intently. I really got the feeling he wanted to understand exactly what was going on with me. Other times I’ve been seen by nurse practitioners there who were also good— attentive and knowledgeable. I’m grateful this place is there when I need it!

While visiting from out of state, I was feeling ill and called Convenient MD for an appointment. They were extremely patient and assisted me in completing background info over the phone after having had difficulty accomplishing it on-line. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival and was treated as though I was a family member. The doctor was personable yet very professional. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with walk-in/ urgent care facilities. Thank you!!!

Keene NH Had a very good experience . Was given very good treatment that was specific to my Covid case. Treatment options were explained clearly and provided. I highly recommend this place. The whole staff was exceptional. However, prior visits tell me you cant good pain relievers at this place. As is common practice these days, if you hurt your neck or something you just have to suffer or pay a gigantic emergency room bill for a couple of pills.
