I called to have routine service done on four boilers. I was told I would receive a call back the next day. Fast forward three days and I never got a call back. I called just now to get an update and was told that they would not be able to do it. Rule number one in business, always do what you say you are going to do. Would have been a big account as we just took over ownership of a building with many plumbing/heating needs.

We had a leak in our shower, and Abbott Roland came to inspect it an hour and half after I called. They advised me that I could caulk the leak myself and showed me how. They also suggested that I cover the area better with the shower curtain. Abbott Roland gave me great advice and were prompt and friendly. The receptionist was very friendly as well. Highly recommend!!!

We had R. C. Abbott Plumbing install a whole house water filtration system as shown in the picture. We provided the filters and filter housings. They supplied the copper pipe, gauges, valves and plumbers. They were easy to work with, schedule and professional. Their plumbers were on time, organized and prepared with everything they needed.
