This location had a PlayStation 5 in store event today. They had limited bundles for sale and long line. They allowed a number of people to stand outside in 3 degree weather in January, only allowing 1 person in the store at a time to purchase. Dozens of people waited outside needlessly for over an hour and a half when they could have just announced to the waiters that they only had x amount of bundles. Then if people wanted to wait, they could have. Very poor decision by the store manager.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I came in to sign up for the Gamestop Pro rewards subscription and Nick helped me out quickly and efficiently. Because of the program I was able to buy a PS5 through the gamestop website.

Everyone who works here is very accommodating and, knowledgeable on most things featured throughout the store. The only slightly negitive experience I've had ,here was due to a new employee who had a little trouble directing me towards a certain item I required. I love this store and I give a 5/5
