I am a single father of my 4 year old who is my absolute world. Whenever this whole situation began, I was nervous that I would be losing my son and possibly never see him again. Whenever I found out about Miss Billick and spoke to her, she always helped me feel comfortable and made sure I was aware of her backing me up no matter what. Through ever tough problem that came up during our battle, she was there and helped me and my son through this. That would be the question for the attorney. If he lives here thats great, but the Billick law office only works out of stanly county and the concord area. Amber is an awesome attorney and I'd recommend her highly. Megan is her secretary and she can set up a sit down to discuss the details. NC is a pro-mother state and he will have a fight if he's looking to get custody. Its up to child support enforcement to work out the child support issues. I hope this helps you and him.
