I'm giving this three stars because the waiting process was very streamlined. The check in process was very easy and despite there being many people ahead of me, I was able to get in pretty fast. However, the technician was not qualified. She could not find the vein in my left arm and kept reinserting and changing the angle of the needle while it was still inside my arm. As you can imagine, caused some pain and damage after the blood work was over. She then had to change to my right arm. It wasn't a terrible experience and I'm no medical expert but this does not seem like the proper technique. I'm fairly resistant to pain and fear of needles so I can imagine this having a greater effect on others.

The lady in the front desk is the warmest and caring person I’ve ever seen.(Cannot believe I did not ask for a name, she’s Asian looking)She handles check in/check out/ billing/answer the phone/response questions from patients and doctors. Yet she handled everything just perfect. After knowing I have thin veins and the previous clinic cannot draw any blood out after 7 times. She personally comes in and make sure I was taken care of. Also want to deliver gratitude to Manjula, who is the Pro at drawing blood. She managed to do that successfully at first attempt. Hospitals are not my favorite place, they managed to make this experience memorable.

I never had a bad experience, and never felt any pain from the needles, excellent worker.

If possible I would even given negative star and ratings. They don't deserve even a single rating. In 2020, I was there for a bloodwork and thus tech had to take 6 tubes of blood. She stuck a needle in my arm and by the 6th tube I was unconscious !! I had to tell them I am fainting and need water or something ASAP. They did nothing except to take me to different room. No empathy or apology. I was lying down with barely able to see and hear and respond for 5 minutes and they did not even check on me afterward how I was doing. All they gave me was a cube of ice. Pathetic. Their license should be cancelled with this type of practice at laboratory clinic. Absolutely unacceptable and horrible. I don't know why state official do not investigate this facility. Post this event, it took me two weeks to recover from the needle injury on my arm.
