We thought our ancient AC was down. Brent, our tech, brought it back to life. Mom is 93. I don't know what would have happened. Brent literally saved us. I am so grateful for his knowledge, caring and expertise. He was so understanding and kind too.. Brent kept us safe from the sweltering heat, and from much worse. Thank you Brent.

I have been with PETRO oil x 22 y now -the oil service delivery has been timely, I have been satisfied with the service calls . This past week my furnace was lighting up red and flashing and hissing !!!!! I was terrified - the team sent out David C. he came on a Saturday , and called JAMES another tech to teach him as well because " this dosen't happen that often " JAMES, also had the part DAVID needed so they COMMUNICATED and met to help this customer out , the issue was explained to me , and DAVID also mentored . This was exceptional , over and above what I have experienced not only from PETRO, But in most professions. DAVID stayed with this issue until resolved . This type of commitment to ones profession is commendable , DAVID exemplified skill and passion for the trade and the company that he said " loves his job " (Can teach skill but not passion ) ?? Who has passion for furnaces work DAVID C. does. I called the supervisor NORMAN to relay this message , and that he needs to know he has a GREAT Employee working with the company and GIVE HIM A RAISE . JOANNA East Providence

We have been using Petro for oil since we bought our new house. We just used them for a repair and to service our HVAC systems and were very happy with the work. Our technician, Bob was friendly and kept us posted on what he was seeing and recommending every step of the way. We will definitely use them again!

Its an auto matic delivery company with three basic oil plans. 1) Variable. Price changes every day due to market rates. You do have to enter a contract. But can leave at anytime no penalty. 2) Fixed. 1 year price is always the same. This could be good as your price never goes up if oil goes higher. Also could be bad. If you sign up at a high rate and oil drops. Your stuck there for a year. And there is a fee if you break the contract before the year is up. 3) Ceiling. Its a higher price overall BUT It can never go higher than tha set price. And can go lower if oil prices drop drastically. It too has an early terminatiin fee. All three plans offer an optional service contract. All three plans do offer a monthly billable budget you can pay over time. That will estimate your usage. The budget can be a bit weird your 1st year as they adjust for your actual usage. Also how long the budget is varies as to when you sign up Short answer it can be billed
