This company was excellent and provided over the top professional service. They were able to recover my data even after other companies said my hard drive was toast.

Took in some failed drives for recovery, they put in a lot of hard work to assist; they definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Not only are they very knowledgeable in this area, they are also professional and kind, treating their customers with the utmost respect. I would recommend Data Recovery Cincinnati to anyone in need of data recovery.

We were the unfortunate small business who suffered a blown hard drive and thought we had adequate backup. However, not the case. Data Recovery was able to do a deep dive and recover 100% of our lost data. Very pleased. And relieved....

Questions & Answers

Can you fix hard drives?

Kiersten Carr | Sep 29, 2018

Hi Kiersten, we don't fix them but correct the problem to extract the data. You never want to use a hard drive after it has had problems.

I have about a 1TB of data I'd like to try and have recovered and transferred onto a 2tb SSD I have. Is that within reason of something in which you'd attempt?

Hi Desmond, Yes, we can perform a free diagnostic on your hard drive. We typically finish the diagnostics the same day depending on when you stop by. We would be happy to save to your SSD when finished.
